Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 10 sztuk fabrycznie nowych tramwajów jednoczłonowych, dwukierunkowych, niskopodłogowych, o nowoczesnej konstrukcji i wysokiej jakości o długości nie mniejszej niż 13,5 mwraz z dostawą pakietu naprawczego i specjalistycznego sprzętu niezbędnego do eksploatacji wagonów- szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
